CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by Nav786Maq » Thu May 03, 2012 2:03 pm

Hi all,

My wife had applied for an EEA Family Permit Visa on the 20th March 2012
The application was forward to BHC on the 20th March 2012
The application was under process on the 4th of April 2012

{{{{{{{{{{First of all I’m sorry if I have asked question who are asked and answered before on the immigration board but because I’m confused and don’t know what to do, or who to ask below question}}}}}}}}}

My wife was Pregnant when she had applied for an EEA Family Permit visa {20th March 2012} on the 21th April 2012 she gave birth.

With the blessing of Allah Almighty we have a baby boy.

Can someone tell me how long more my wife has to wait before she gets an answer if she had got a visa please?

I have a Dutch Nationality I know my baby has the right to get a Dutch Passport but can he applied for a Dutch passport or do we have to wait till he is older?

Can someone give me the direct phone number for the Dutch Embassy in Islamabad please?

Does my wife have to apply for the baby boy visa as well or can the baby travel with her to the UK if she gets her EEA Family Permit Visa?

Can my wife adds the baby boy to her Pakistani passport or is better to get a Dutch passport for the baby boy?

I’m leaving and working in the UK and cannot wait {especially we have a baby boy now the waiting for a response is stressing me allot} to have my wife and the baby boy with me in the UK. :) :)

You ask a lot of questions. For many of them you don't need a forum.

Try this (hint - click on the top link).

Hi Nav786Maq,

I didn´t even read your post, and I´m pretty sure many people won´t.

Increase your chances for replies by following what is described >>here<<.

Also please note that double posts are not allowed!

>>1<<, >>2<<, >>3<< (=this very thread)

Hi Nav786Maq,

I can advise on some of your points:
Nav786Maq wrote:...I have a Dutch Nationality I know my baby has the right to get a Dutch Passport but can he applied for a Dutch passport or do we have to wait till he is older?
First you should read up on the difference between >>nationality and passport<<.

If any child is born to a Dutch father, the child is automatically Dutch. As such your boy will be entitled to a Dutch passport from the moment he is born.

  1. http://www.google.com
  2. enter "dutch embassy islamabad"
  3. alternatively click >>here<<
  4. go to the first result in the list (http://pakistan.nlembassy.org)
  5. See the phone# on the top right (+92-51-2004444)

I´m not sure what you want here.

As a Dutch citizen, the boy can travel to the UK at any time. It would help to be able to prove that he is a Dutch citizen by obtaining a corresponding Dutch passport.

For your wife (assuming she is Pakistani?) things are more complicated. I suggest you wait for her EEA-FP to come through...

For various reasons I strongly suggest getting a Dutch passport for the boy.

Once the boy (physically your wife) has his Dutch passport, things should become easier very quickly.

Rgds + good luck,
Christian
