Yes. This is required for a joint fee.manyaonisland wrote:1. Me and my wife are applying together as joint application. In this case do we have to submit the marriage certificate along with application though her passport has my name endorsed as husband?
Just leave blank if you don't know.2. What do we provide in 1.1 (Please give previous Immigration and Nationality Directorate or Border and Immigration Agency or UK Border Agency reference numbers)? Is this the number that we have on the ILR vignette in our passports?
This is correct
3. My wife is on carrier break for last 2 yrs. So I take it that she just have to mention as housewife in 3.1 (What is your occupation?). Also she is not required to provide any financial evidence to support her living in this country as that is not requirement?
No.4. Does my wife have to provide 3.3-3.5 given that she is on the carrier break and not been paid for last 2 yrs?
No.5. Three years ago I was stopped by police while driving on the provisional licence when no one with full UK driving license was accompanying me. My car was confiscated by police. The recovery company kept it in their secure garage. I have been asked to get someone with full UK licence along with me to nearest police station to get the form stamped which I then had to handover to recovery company to retrieve my car. The officer did mention to me that he is not giving me any FPN nor he is putting any points on my license as this was the first time they have stopped me and I was driving for genuine urgency and he was of the opinion that I am genuine person who would not do it again (and I did not drove any car alone till I passed my test). He just asked me to pay the recovery company the charge for callout. Do I need to declare this in the form?
Just to let you have my personal experience since I had a similar case. I asked the lady at NCS while booking appointment if I can do a joint application without a marriage certificate. I also told her my wife's passport had my name as spouse. She said that should be fine but she would have to call the home office and confirm on day of appointment, which she did, and the home office confirmed they'll accept it as a joint application. So you do not need a marriage certificate as long as your wife's passport carries your name.manyaonisland wrote:Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience and wishessemiautomatic wrote: So you do not need a marriage certificate as long as your wife's passport carries your name.
Good luck with your application. Cheers
