I'd be grateful for your early response.

I'm currently in the UK on Tier 2 General. This week I've secured a new job offer and I require a CoS from new employer. This job was advertised openly on the company's website for more than 4 weeks. I wonder whether my new employer needs to undertake RLMT.

Do they have to re-announce this job on Jobcentre for 4 weeks?

Can the new employer find an excuse not to undertake RLMT?

If RLMT is a requirement for CoS, then there is no way /excuse of escaping it.
