None of the above date will help with your ILR if your extension is granted from the same day for 2 years. As your qualifying period for ILR will be less than 5 years. 28 days early application only applies to those who has got full 5 year leave. For example in your case, if the case worker grant your extension till 6th July 2014 than you can apply as early as 28 days before that date. However, if she grants your visa till 1st or 8th June 2014. You would not have full 5 years visa. See to make it simple, they need you to have 5 years full visa or legal stay. They will allow you to apply early by 28 days but that doesn't mean, you can have 4 years 11 months and 2 or more days visa to fit the criteria. Got the point.kam81 wrote:Thanks and Here you go NNJ10
