Switching From PSW to Tier 2 !! Need Help Please

Hi,
I am currently working for a company as a system developer from 01/04/2011 with an annual salary of 25 K .. Further I have got a master degree from UK University. I am on PSW Visa which is valid till Dec . 2012 and my employer willing to sponsor me . My questions are
1. Do they need to carry out the RLMT ??
2. Would my salary would be sufficient as it is above 20 K . but less then the salary has been stated in SOC for system developer which is 32k .
i dont think my employer gonna raise my pay from 25k to 32 k .
3. if i need to get paid according to SOC can my employer change my job title to programmer as it needs 26 K ?

They dont need to carry out RMLT.
20000 is very misleading, you have to satisfy the appropriate salary. Also for your knowledge you can only be sponsored if your job is at NQF 6 (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ance21.pdf) or above. I would recommend looking for a plan B.

Hi Newbie , Many thanks for your reply . I believe that programmer job is at NVQ 6 level . So i think i should just ask my company to choose the programmer title for me with the salary of 26 K . THx
