Regarding tier 2 visa

Post by ravindra_a » Fri May 04, 2012 10:28 pm

Hii... I got tier 2 visa last year. I was in UK for 6 months and came back to india.I have resigned from the company which i went on TIER 2.

I still have valid visa for one and half year.
The same in case with my wife also.Stamping is done for here but she is not in UK at all.

So now can i visit UK with the same visa or do i need to apply again for both of us

Wen you resigned your sponsor probably reported, or at least should have reported, that your employment and sponsorship have ended following which UKBA would have written to you curtailing your T2 visa. May be you already left the UK at that time and did not receive the letter. However, your T2 visa is unlikely to be valid any more and if you tried to enter the UK using it you would probably be refused entry.
