UKBA calculator gives me points, Do we need UK Naric report?

UKBA calculator gives me points, Do we need UK Naric report?

Me and my friend are about to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

I have got UK Masters Degree and UKBA assessment calculator gives me 10 points for English Language.

My friend has assessed his Pakistani Masters degree and UKBA calculator gives him 10 points as well.

Do we need to assess our degrees from UK Naric to get 10 points for English Language ?
