Documents required for FLR(M)

Post by Eastenders » Sat May 05, 2012 8:31 pm

Hi all,

Can anyone help me with the list do documents required for FLR(M). I am on iLR. My wife came to Uk in March 2011. Please do not say to ' refer to the guidance, since it is unclear, for me at least. Responses from the previous applicants under same category will be much appreciated.

Regards

perhaps you could say what about the guidance you find unclear, or perhaps you could list the documents you have so far. You could also have a look at similar threads in the forum?

Hi Guru.

I would appreciate if you can list the documents required. I was expecting similar reply as yours. Nothing offensive, please if you know the list post it. Waiting for the appropriate reply yet. Thanks in advance..

There is no definitive list - it depends entirely on the individual circumstances.

That's why you've been asked what you find unclear and why no one ever (or very rarely) gets an answer to this question.

As a general rule - include any documents that prove anything you assert in the form (pay, savings, accomodation, relationship etc etc etc).

Otherwise - read around the forum - there are plenty of people who've posted extensive lists of the items they've included in FLR(M).

As an aside - there are clearly 3 classes of question that rarely get answers ... for good reason:

1) What documents should I include? Well - as I said - everyone's an individual as is everyone's circumstances so how can we say?

2) What is the wait at office x? If the home office don't publish it - how can we help?

3) I've had a call from the office but I missed it ... why are they calling? We're not mind readers ...

Hi MPH80,

Thanks for taking pain in writing such a lengthy reply. It would have been more helpful if you would have a list (rule of thumb) anyways thanks again.

Also iam submitting my 12months pay slips, 12 months bank statements, employment letter, utility bills, and my wifes 12 months bank statements, councul tax, NHS registration and electoral registration letter.
