Work Permit Germany

I am Turkish citizen. I have won a contract as a consultant from an International Organization in Germany which Turkey is also member states of this organization. I need to have work permit for Germany. I will apply to get residence permit form German Embassy in Turkey. How can I enrich my application to be safe getting visa.
