Tier 2(General)- Can I be self-employed ?

HI,

I am now going to apply for Tier2(General)-employer sponsored category from Tier 4-student category. I am wondering if I can have self-employment and can do my small part time business, like e-selling through a website ?

Please respond if anyone have got any information on this.
