Tier 2(G)-What In case of Short Documents(Transcript) ?

HI,

I am holding Tier4-student. I am now just about to finish my degree and almost have succeeded to get a sponsor based job from a Tier 2 licensed sponsor. I will apply for the visa soon as all my deliverables being delivered. But I will not be submitting the transcript for my final marks since it will take a month or two to have them in my hand rather I will attach a letter from my university and I have sit in all my exams and delivered all my deliverables. So in that case how my application would be processed and what would be the time privilege which will be granted to me to submit my transcript for the the marks and final results for my degree ?

If any one have got any relevant information can share please.
