PEO Appointments for dependent ...

Post by orbis2 » Mon May 07, 2012 8:59 pm

Hi All,

I will complete my 5 years on Tier1 in August & will complete SET(O). My wife came to Uk in Jan 2011 so I will fill FLR(M) for her. We have a 6 month old kid & I will not include him in the ILR as I will complete MN1 form for him once I will get ILR.

I am planning to book PEO appointement & my question is

1. Do I need to book 2 appointments(One for myself for ILR, second appointment for my wife for FLR(M)

OR

2. We don't need to book 2 appointments so I will book 1 appointment for myself/dependent wife.

Please give suggesstions.

Thanks,

Hi,

From what I know(other seniors in the forum please correct me, if I'm wrong), you'll need to take 2 appointments(since the application types are different, and since she's not applying as your dependant.)

For this, your wife will need a login account created in the ukba's PEO online appointment booking system.

Cheers,
Sai

As my wife is my dependent but she is not qualifying for ILR at his time. So if I will book only 1 appointment & give both Set(O) & FLM(M) to the caseworker then why they can't process them at the same time.

As my wife is still my dependent so why I to book another slot for her. Is it mentioned in the home office web or is there any reference which i can read.

Senior members of the forum please help me.
