Extension of Tier 1 - General along with Dependant app

Please can someone guide me

In dependant application form - Section L, there is a question about

L3: Reference number of the main application most recent application

L4: Date of main applications most recent application

What are the answers expected for these fields?

Note: Application for dependants is being sent along with the main application
