Tier 1 Extension Query regarding Marriage

Hi

I have an appointment for Tier 1 Extension at Cardiff PEO on June 18. I am planning to get register married here in UK on June 1. My query is, What document do I have to submit when i tick the option married in the application form? I am not applying for a dependant, just for me. Do I have to change anything in my passport before applying? I not planning to change my last name for quite sometime. What are the things i should take in to consideration before applying?

If you are not applying for your dependant togather with your application, you dont need to submit any docs regarding your marriage. It is only necessary for dependant Visa. No precautions needed as you are not changing your name in the passport.
