ICT Tier 2 visa

Hi All,

Due to mistake from UK BA , the visa stamped on my passport stated ICT Tier 2 Skill transfer (I have got 10 yrs plus experience) ,My COS stated that as ICT tier 2 Established staff. I got the visa duration as 1.5 yrs which again is a mistake as if they are giving Tier 2 Skill transfer then it can be only 6 months.
I am now trying to extend the visa till Feb 2013 .I landed here in Feb 2011 with a visa expiring in July 2012 based on the contract with the cleint.Now the client contract has extended and so I can extent till Feb 2013 as reflecting in COS and new extended contract withe client.

How can I proceed with this as UK BA are not giving any positive replies.Is there a way I can challenge the mistake done by them and get this extended?
