Funds & Directorship Query

Hi,
--> I am currently on PSW Visa which is expiring in January, 2013.
--> I am registered with HMRC as a director of a Company since November, 2011.
--> I am planning to share £50,000 with another applicant who has the same above Status of PSW and current director with another compaany.

Query:
--> How can I re-register myself as a director with HMRC with 3 months of application ? Do I need to open another company?
My current directorship since November,2011 will it not meet the requirement ?

--> Me and another applicant are planning to contribute and show up £50k in our personal joint account. These funds are from savings and dividends from current company which we are running. Will this be enough ?
Is it compulsory that the money should be from registered venture capitalist firms regulated by the Financial Services Authority ??
