PEO appointment over phone

hi All,

I have a query regarding booking the PEO appointment over the phone.

I booked my wife's FLR(M) appointment over the phone around 2 weeks before and the lady said that I'll receive a confirmation text message which I still haven't received. She gave me the reference number though.

So my question is that is it an enough proof to walk in to the PEO centre with the reference number handy or shall I re-check with them over the phone (which is again going to be painful)?

I'm no expert on this.
But my suggestion: don’t trust them. They would say one thing and do something else. Until you have got a concrete proof, I'd argue you don’t have an appointment.
I know I'm being hard and clearly have zero experience of PEO, but recently Croydon peo have proved they can mess up easy things more easily.
