Please Help me, Out of Country 263 days

Hi all,
Please any one advice me
I am out of country 10th Oct 2009 – 29th June 2010 =263 days.
I had a bike accident; I could not able to travel back to UK. But I have received salary from India.
My ILR is going to be 29th Sep 2012. Will i able to apply ILR? Please advise me
