As this is a PO Box address mentioned above. I am worried that if I send with next day delivery, as there wont anyone to receive as this is PO Box and Post office guys will return the POST as there wont be anyone to sign it.
Please share your views what do I do.

You have to have your application arrive at the UKBA at 23:59 hours or before on the date of expiry. The date of the application depends on how the package is sent. If you send the package tomorrow it should arrive (99.5%) before the expiry date and time. The PO box is checked every business day and will be signed by somebody on the day. They would only return your package if you got the address incorrect.
If you send your application form and application fee by post, the date of application is the date of posting. This is decided by the postmark. If the postmark is illegible or missing, the date of postage is taken as being at least 1 day before it is received by us.
If you send your application form and application fee by courier, the date of application is the date when it is delivered to our payment handling service.
