Hi all,

My wife is making her application for a dependant's visa and i want to check with the experts if all our documents are in check

They are as follows:
Wife
-Passport
-Wife's Bank Statements with enough funds
-Marriage Certificate
-Birth Certificate

My Docs
-Attested copies of passports and BRP
-Visa Approval letter
-Original Payslips
-Tenancy Agreements
-Application Letter from Employer


Please comment as these are the basics we saw online

in policy guidance dependent no need any pay slip and house agreement and bank statement if you provide letter from A- rated employer for one month accommodation. then you just need visa and passport copy and wife passport and tb test and marriage certificate. if you employer not give you letter for one month accommodation then you need 533 for 90 days in your or your wife account.

Dependant's documents-

1.Printout of online Visa application form
2. Original Marriage affidavit
3.marr pics (4 nos)
3. Maintenance letter from Sponsor
4.Last 6 months salary slips (applicable if dependant is employed)
5.sal auth letter (applicable if dependant is employed)
5.Employer letter (applicable if dependant is employed)
6. Degree Certificate
7.Original Passport.
8. Passport size photos - 45mm high by 35mm wide white backgrougnd matt finished 80% face

Main Applicant's documents–

1. Covering letter
2. Passport copy (36 pages)
3. BRP copy and visa approval letter
4. Last 6 months payslips (original or attested)
5. Salary Authentication letter
6. Last 6 months bank statements (optional)
7. UK Job offer letter
8. Appointment letter
9. Residence proof (rent agreement copy)
10. Original Electricity bill/ any utility bill
11. Copy of COS
12. Original Degree certificate.

if you see policy guidance there no mention these documents then we have to send extra documents. and also if some one start job first month then how he can send six month bank statement and wages slip for six month.
