Appointment for Tier-1 General extension

Post by vennk0 » Thu May 10, 2012 12:10 am

Hi,

I Would like to go for same day service and I have booked my appointment for Tier-1 (General) extension visa. I have selected premium service option as "YES" and final confirmation page is shown as below. Can you please confirm if this is correct as two years back confirmation page was little different

"About your appointment
Date: Thursday 21 June 2012
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Sheffield (opens in a new window)
Number of people attending: 1
Reference: 13-2-890381

Appointment checklist

Print and sign the official form and bring it to your appointment. To do this, click Continue below.
Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. You will need this time for security checks.
Bring all the dependants registered in your application with you to this appointment.
Do not bring anyone else; they will not be seen.
Bring a printout of this page or your confirmation email.
If you have not already paid, bring a means of payment.
Bring your supporting documents. See your application form and guidance notes for details.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment.

Lot has changed in 2 years.
If you have booked it via Online system, what other confirmation are you looking for.

Sorry for not asking the question clearly. I would like to know if the option selected "Premium Service = "YES"" is correct or not.

I am not sure what is the purpose of selecting "NO" when booking an appointment. I mean I know that online appointment booking is only for same-day service. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you.

Also one more doubt. In the checklist first point says as

"Appointment checklist
Print and sign the official form and bring it to your appointment. To do this, click Continue below. "

But when I click continure I am not getting any form. Can you please advise if I am doing anything wrong in booking appointment.

mate,

I booked the appointment 2 days before you for 19th June. You did everything right. This is exactly what it shows in the confirmation page.

You must have got 2 emails. first one is a notification and the second one is the confirmation of your booking. You need a copy of the confirmation email when you go for PEO. Also, when you click the my account link on the top of the booking page, it will show you your booking confirmation with tabs for cancelling or rescheduling those booking.

Hope this information helps.

Earlier Biometric enrollment appointments for postal application was done via apply online and here the option was selected "NO" for premium service.

I hope this clarifies.

what is the best way to get an appoinment for PEO

Post by yeahkisha » Thu May 10, 2012 11:30 pm

Hi, I have been trying for the past few weeks to take an appointment online for my tier1 extension but I was not lucky so far. I am selecting the available start date and end date, tried picking different sets of locations but always, I am getting 'No appointment available'.

We do not have any appointments available for your preferred dates and locations.
Please change your preferred dates and location and search again.

thought of checking with you guys, if there is any trick or time to book these appointments.

Greatly appreciate any help or advice.

Hi friends,

I am also facing the problem 'Appointments not available' for Premium service. I have been trying since several weeks and no luck.

Please help, what is the procedure or best time to look for available slots.

Thanks in advance.
