Proof of Earning Documents - Help & Advice please

Hi Guys,
first of all thank you every one. Please adivce in following case senario.

What documents are required to show for proof of earnings as Self Employed. I have been in self employment from December 2011
I have paid first quater NI Class2 which was 47.50 today. For the furture direct debit has been setup for NI Class 2.
please advice documents that would be ideal to apply for ILR as self employed.
Also do we have to show 12 month accounts as I only registered my self in december 2011 and from december 2011 uptil now I have earned enough to get my points.
