Documents Required for an Overseas Dependant Application

Hi Guys,

I would appreciate your help in this matter if possible.
The question is that I am applying for my wife and son's dependant visa from Pakistan in the near future. I am already on PSW and have been here for more than 12 months.

Could you please let me know what documents I need to provide for the application?

My wife has already done the TB test.

What are the other documents i need to provide for this application and how much is the fee for PSW dependant in pakistan.

This forum has been a great help to me and lot of other people and I owe this forum a lot of gratitude.
