My parter and I have been together Over 2 years now and had indefinite leave to live in uk he lived here for 16 years immigration gave a deportation order in 2007 and got deported in April 2012 he also has a British son in the uk I went over there to Pakistan and we got married I would like my husband to be with me in the uk but I don't know how to through with it , I'm wondering would he be able to return to the uk as he does has a criminal history but only petty crimes if someone could give me advice I would be thankful

Deported for petty crimes, when settled? There may be more than meets the eye .. hence I asked.

It depends on how many petty crimes and how petty they were. But you could be right.

320(2) would apply but in applying for entry clearance he would be asking for the deportation order to be revoked. Whether this is possible is probably not something we can comment on here so would suggest you seek legal advice from a competent immigration solicitor experienced in declining with deportation cases.
