PSW to Tier 2 (G)

Hello there!

I'm on a PSW and got a job offer as an assistant manager in a coffee shop. If the pay is over 21k and company willing to sponsor, do you reckon i can get a Tier 2 (G)??

If you will be paid at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of practice for Tier 2 Sponsors published by the UK Border Agency, and fulfil the other mandatory requirements, then yes. Else, no.
