Could you please advice is it possible to switch tier 4 to tier 2 dependent inside UK?

please advice me any possibilities?

no it is not possible to switch in country as 319C(h) is not satisfied.

You will need to apply for entry clearance.

Yes, sorry, I read it too quickly and say Tier 2 rather than dependant.
