Please check your PBS dependent form 04/12

Today when I print pbs dependent application form 04/12 from UKBIA website for extending stay inside UK ,payment page comes on page 7.

I print same form in April 04/12, it was page 6.

I am confused .

Forms change over time. It's likely you downloaded a previous version. The current form is always the one that you download today (meaning if it's on the website now, it's the current form).

I print the same form 04/12 , I have print out copy of full form first week of april .I could not remember the date.


Anyway ,I am printing the form again today.
