Biometrics, would it be taken again for ILR ?

Hi Everyone,

Could you please tell, if someone has got BRP card recently for Tier 1 General extension and want to apply for ILR, would HO take their biometrics again or just use the info they already have ? Can the BRP card help them avoid the delays existing due to Biometrics system issues ?

They can’t use the old Biometrics. The whole idea of Biometrics is to verify your identity i.e. to see if you are the same person who got Tier-1 last time.
