When did the parents acquire British citizenship?
Where was the person in question born?

the daughter was not born before 1983 to a British mother, she was born before 1983 to an Indian national who later naturalised as a British citizen. It is not possible to pass citizenship on in this manner as the child was born before the mother was British.

if the mother was not british when the daughter was born, then the daughter is not entitled to be registered as a british citizen.
