tier1 spouse visa

i am on tier 1 general and my visa expire in jan 2014. i will aplly for ILR in jan2014.
my wife got spouse visa until jan 2014. will she be able to apply for ILR with me or she must have to spend 2 years in uk and after that she can apply? as her currant visa is less than 2 years.
please advice. many thanks

It is Tier 1 "dependant" visa, not Tier 1 spouse visa.

For current rules, see 319E. No one can tell you today what the rules may be in 2014.
