which PEO does SEO/HEO higher officers available >

Hi All,

I have seen in the forum that Solihull doesn't have SEO officer.

Can you guys confirm rest all peo's eg sheffield,liverpool,cardiff have SEO/HEO (higher officers of certain grade) available ?

Why you need a HEO if guidance says Grade 7?
Did you phone local solicitors? or did you get the direct phone number of PEOs?

i didnt call any one. i mean the same grade 7 officers. Its comes to attnesion that solihull doesn;'t have grade 7. I'm looking forward to book appointment but if i didnt get in cryodon then where should i book just wondering where ever i go the peo must have grade 7 officer other wise my time will be waisted

When your ILR due? I heard they are gona introduce new premium postal category 2-5 days, payment amount is between in PEO and postal..
Try to ask local solicitors about SEO?Grade 7..But seems it not going to be approved in same day,you will never see or talk to these seniors you will have to leave your application in the office and wait some days or moths

solicitors don;t know about any thing. I've been to 100 solicitors only 1 or 2 have right information about > 90 days absences or 180 days absence in 5 years...

one of the solicitor WHO won the TIER 1 case in court of my friend i argue with him 2 hours again i'm saying 2 HOURS that there is 180 day rule and he said there is no such rule. i ask give me you computer for 2 min i will show you he didnt give me his computer and then i send him email and showed him.

It take 2 hours to go to his office.

such stupid useless solicitors are there.

another one i went she print out ILR guidance notes 40 pages and read it and tell me its discretion of cw hahahahah and she said you know more than me why you come to me.

let me get the ILR then i will write breif details how many solictors i met and what the result.

your idea is good i willl try to find out solihull peo no and check with them.

is any member have done this before ?

you need an immigration lawyer or solicitor, I don't know what is the right name for them. Others don't know anything.I think UKBA CWs also in same category..
