Hi all: can any one tell please the waiting time to get ilr(SET O) Marriage basis British citizen after 6 years DLR

Waiting times

When applying for settlement on basis of DLR, one cannot apply in person.

...thanks for your reply.am applied for ilr SET O After complete 6 years DLR POSTAL application 17 WEEKS ago ...still waiting.do you Know the waititng time???
