Hi

I need help in filling the Tier 1 G ext form

For Section 7 summary sheet

Points Scoring Area Points claimed Documents provided (please list)
Age 20 Passport
Qualifiaction 30 Already proved in tier 1 Intial application ??
English Language
Requirement 10 Applicant currently in UK as Tier 1 G Migrant??

could anyone let me know what to mention in the Documents provided for Qualification and Eng Lang req?
