Switching from Tier 1 to Tier 2 (ICT)?

Post by tika30 » Mon May 14, 2012 10:02 am

New to this board and I have 2 questions, I went through the Tier 2 guidance but I can`t seem to figure out where to get the answers.

Question 1: If a company already has a Tier 2 ICT sponsor license do they need to apply for a separate license to sponsor Tier 2 General?

Question 2: Is it possible to switch from Tier 1 to Tier 2 ICT from within the UK?

Thanks in advance!!!

Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) category is for employees of multinational companies who are being transferred by their overseas employer to a UK branch of the organisation, either on a long-term basis or for frequent short visits.
