baby UK born Naturalization apply

My baby born in uk (she is still 9 month old and got her visa dependent), i have tier 1 visa. I am going to apply ILR in December 2012. Can i apply with my application in dependent category or drop the baby as a dependent with my application.

When me and my wife will get ILR , after getting ILR visa we can apply straight away British passport or not for her?

If we drop her (baby) from ILR application, then she will be legal in the UK, how can i justify this situation when i will apply Naturalization for baby

Q - Does my UK-born child qualify for british citizenship? Can I skip ILR for my child?
Q - Do I need to include my UK-born minor child in my settlement application?
