ILR apply Date

I was issues a work permit on 16 July 2007 Expiry 16 July 2012. Had to apply for Tier 2 (gen) due to role change and got the tier 2(gen) visa on 15th Oct 2009 valid till 16th July 2012.

UKBA should have given me three year Tier 2(gen) but they didn't. I am applying on the 18th June 2012 for my ILR.

The date of issue of WP has nothing to do with ILR. The date of first entry to UK (if you were issued entry clearance) or date of issue of leave to remain (if you applied in-country) is what that matters. So, calculate your dates with that in mind.
