Tier 1 by post - 4 weeks no receipt

Post by yokie » Mon May 14, 2012 2:28 pm

Hello guys,

I have submitted my tier 1 extension application by post and this is the 5th week. I have not yet received the acknowledgement letter and nor the money has been deducted from the bank.

Is anyone in the same boat as mine? I'm a bit worried now.

I feel so helpless.. I called them couple of times but no luck..I think sending by post was wost mistake........

Though I am aware that the stay is legal, will the employers accept this delay. Home Office only mentions about the processing timelines but does not mention the timelines to acknowledge.
