Tier 1 (General) extension application

Post by suryachintu » Mon May 14, 2012 4:35 pm

Hello All,

I would like to apply for Tier 1 (General) visa extension very soon ,
but my query is here:
My company had payed monthly some salary plus food and accommodation for me around 8 months and then last march my pay roll has been revised. I would like to show food and accommodation for around 8 months bills as my earnings during that period as company has all the bills and receipts of all those bills during my stay in the company provided accommodation.

I would appreciate if some clarify me , Is it possible to show those bills as my earnings during that period as company was paid me everything for me.

"Food and accommodation" is not your income but expenses that your employer paid for you.

"My company" refers to an employer or a company that you are a director and controlling shareholder of?

Thanks for your prompt reply, sorry I wrote wrongly. My Company refers to My Employer here and also My account refers to My Employer Accountant.
Please advise.
