Return of Documents - TIER 1 PSW

Hi People,

UKba has changed their online announcement ('08' number) as if you apply for return of documents.

The previous rule is that, it will take 10 working days to process your request and your visa will be rejected and documents will be sent back.
Now, they have increased that time line to 20 working days from the date of request for return of documents.

I heard that when i was in call on '08' number.
