Hi All,

my visa is PSW and i'm working from last 7 months as a assistant account, can i apply under tier 2 COS and what will be my classification code and salary range, currently i'm paid £26k p.a.

one more thing, our company have 11 employees including me, is my company comes in small or large company category?thanks

For Tier 2 General after 13 June qualification has to be min NQF6 and you would have to be certified or chartered to achieve that. SOC code 2421, see:

The min salary is £27k for newly qualified accountants.

thanks Manci, that really helpfull link you sent. I'm Part 1 ACCA qualified, and done MSc accountancy from London, my pay will increased to 28k from this month, am i qualified for code 2421?

I'm not familiar with the accountancy profession. You have to go by the descriptions in SOC.
