ILR- due next month

My ILR is due in few weeks, and I think there is a slight problem in getting my ILR. I am on old style work permit with one company but last month my office relocate to new location within same city. And today my HR applied technical change of empolyment form.

I have few questions:
1. What are my chances in getting ILR, can case worker reject my application or only delayed my application till it is sorted?
2. Is there any email id to contact home office?

Although my job's role and responsbilities remained as it only office address changed,..can anyone please advise or guide me what to do?
