visa after deportation

hello.i would appreciate if someone know if i can apply and get uk visa after been deported 3 years ago under paragraph 2A(8)of schedule 2of the immigration act1971 and paragraph 321A(1)of the immigration rules(HC395).I am russian and basicly my student visa been cancelled by the officer in gatwick airport.

becouse i didnot attend classes as often as i should do.

Did you pay for the flight to take you back from UK port to the country that you had arrived from?

would it make a difference if i say that i could pay but i didnot had a lot of information that time what i could do and what not and what will be better to do.
it seems like you have no idea and i would ask you to step aside

Well, it does ..... the duration of any ban imposed may depend on whether you were deported at a public expenses or your own.

You wish to have answers without providing answers to relevant questions. Given your arrogance, I'll take your advice .. to step aside.

if it does difference i would happyly pay for my trip back to italy.i have not been asked for aspecially that i should fly back to russia ,which is my home countrie

i am sorry .i did not notice that sushdmehta is very knowlegable.becouse the answer why my visa was cancelled is hiding in all paragraphs i mention at the begining.
i did not want to be rude.
and you making me confused now is this a place where people in simmilar situation sharing a suggestions free of charge or you ment to say that i do not know that theris a professional people called lawers exists?
