Cardiff PEO DECISION PENDING NEED URGENT HELP

Post by muhammad.aftab » Tue May 15, 2012 2:49 pm

Hi Guys,
Today I had an appointment at Cardiff.
I was on two year work permit then Tier1. All the documents were fine. Confirmed by case worker.
However I had 3 points on driving licences due to over speeding.
1 year and 6 months left to clear the points.
Caseworker has hold the decision and advised that they will contact me with application decision within 28 days.
It is a request to senior members to let me know what normally
Happens in this scenario?
Best regards,

zishi

Were the points given by court? Was there any fine as well?

Did the caseworker why your application is being deferred? Or is it just that you are assuming it is something to do with the points on the licence?

No court and no conviction .... just points on the licence ...... if so, don't worry. Relax!!

nothing to worry about. he should have have trained well enough to know these things. Surely, the PEOs nowadays have new people working on things which they do not have a clue.

3 / 6 points without court involved is ok.
