Family visitor visa

Hi all,

My parents along with my sister aged 13 had applied for family visitor vis from india. My parents got their visa approved but when track my sister's visa it still says'under process' . Its already more than 15 days they have applied visa for.

Has anyone come across such situation ? I need to book tickets for their trip but cannot decide anything until some decision is made on my sisters visa.
or anyone knows any contact number or email id so that i can request the status of the application ?

it will be of great help if someone replies back
