withdrawal of appeal

Dear,

my friend application to extend his student visa was refused on the 21 febuary 2012 because the bank statement was more than one month old with a right to appeal.

he lodged the appeal on time and sent the bundle one week before the hearing date. but shortly after he realised that the bank statement he submitted as new evidence to show that at that time his mother had money into her account had some minors mistake(in calculation). He decided to withdraw the appeal to avoid any problems. he did that one day before the hearing.

now he wants to go back home and make a fresh application.

my question is to know if can be accused of forgery when he will make that fresh application?

Why would he be accused of forgery? A mistake on a document does not make it fraudulent!

Thanks for your respond. But just in case if he didn't tell me the truth, I want to know if he can be accused of forgery when making the new application even though he has withdrawn is appeal and even though he submitted only copies of document one week before the withdrawal

perhaps he should ask the question himself if you are not clear on whether the document is a forgery or not. You appear to be suggesting it is.

I am talking about my husband and he confirmed me that the copie of document wasn't genuine. It is going to be a problem when he will apply again back home

I do not think it will be a problem. Did he get all his documents back?

he received a letter from the tribunal three days after the withdrawal saying something like " the tribunal is now satisfied that this appeal has been withdrawn"

he didnt send any original document only a fax as required by the law to the presenting officer of the ukba and the tribunal. I think that s why he didnt receive any documents back
