there really is no need for yet another thread on this subject. there is already a sticky thread on timelines and numerous others below. It should be obvious that given that PSW has closed and therefore there was a significant number of application before the closure date, that applications will take longer than normal. If you take the time to read the numerous other posts on this subject you will see your situation is far from unique.

@ greenie (guru).... man, is there any thing that we can do apart from sending complaint email to m.p's, phones to ukba, emails, letter in posts, fax...

no body is responding or listening to any thing... i want to raise my voice to them that they have delayed my brp invite letter so far ( dt of application : 10th feb 2012) and bio metric lttr dt : 18th apr 2012.. i received the letter in hand on 23rd apr 2012 ( due to post office delay)... however, i did nt waste any time and i went right from my office to camden town on the same day, its a big rush there and again went to earls court anf registered the finger prints..

due to ukba delay of sending brp letter my application got messed up with huge volume of plp applied in mar 20 -apr 5 and got bio metric letter which are near to my days.

unfortunately, for some reason or the other... since they only consider bio mteric given date , my application are queued in their system after 1000's of people who applied in feb 3rd week to mar 4th week..

is it fair that i should wait for all this back log to clear, which is not at all my mistake.. ukba are the ones to blame for on this !!

why're they like this.. I got info on my application from the visa desk ( my uni) that my application have been queued in the ukba system waiting for a case worker to be assigned.. i am sure its still behind of 1000's of plp in the backlog list..

i dont know when will those be cleared and mine will be allotted to the case worker..

@kartik_r

One can understand your frustrations but as others may hav said before, there's nothing much that can be done about this. Unfortunately, you have had to go through a bad phase and it can only be attributed to bad timing

:(

Let's hope that things get sorted quicker now.

okay, will they give prioriy for the candidates like me ( which is thier fault for the huge delay)

is the option of pulling out docs a wise decision because at max i can wait for a month more, if its not.. then i will be in problem ( hope you can understand what i mean)..

lets say if i pull out after 30 days and from the date of pulling out, to get odcs and passport it will again take 23 working days form them..

by the time i get the same docs back ( which i applied in feb) it will be aus 2nd or 3rd week..

then there wont be any meaning for mantaning my stay in the country for 11 months after the mba..

11 months expenses, stress and time is a waste ....
