Tax returns for Tier1 Leave to remain

Post by virgo_2k » Thu May 17, 2012 1:08 pm

Hi experts,

Is it mandatory to have any tax return documents to file a leave to remain application on Tier1 General? I am a contract employee with a limited company in London working overseas and didn't pay anything as tax return to HMRC. Guideline states that UKBA will consider Any earnings made overseas but it doesn't provide any guidance towards in such circumstances.

So if i just provide my 12 months bank statement along with invoices that i've made towards the employer without any tax returns, would this be enough to substantiate my earnings?
