Single absence of about 3 months

Hi Guys,

I was away from the country for about 3 months due to medical reasons, i was hospitalized for 3 months in India. I have all the medical reports both from UK and India. As I crossed 180 days in my 5 years stay.
Do UKBA consider my case?
