Applying From Outside The Country (Maintaining Funds).

Post by keerthivasan1987 » Fri May 18, 2012 1:08 pm

Hello Forum,

I am in Chennai and I need to apply for Tier 2 General visa in a month or two. My company will issue me the COS once they receive the A rated license.
The problem for me is I haven't maintained £900 (from june, £900 is required in the account) for the past 3 months.
Will I be able to show my parents account in India for this £900? I do not have any joint account with my parents.
Last week I have put in £900 in my UK account but my company wont allow me to wait for 3 more months and apply for the visa.

I am aware that my company can say that they will take care of my first month expense. But when the UKBA came for an inspection to my company, they have said that there wont be any allowance involved and the guy has noted it down. Now they are afraid to say that they will be ready to take care of my expense as the application might get rejected.

The question is whether I will be able to show my parents account stating that they will take care of my first month expense in UK?

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Regards,

Thank you for your quick response.
Have you got any idea whether there is any other way that I could do?

All the "ways" are mentioned in the policy guidance. Other than that there is no "way".
