Hi

I need advice about First tier-immigration tribunal process.

I had appeal for refuse of my visa, so I get notice of pending appeal letter (IA10) and in that appeal pending letter (IA10) tribunal informed to home office (Respondent) “A DATE” for submission of bundle, but that DATE had passed away but home office had not submitted bundle to tribunal and to my representative, so tribunal had write a Direction for submit a bundle before 10 working day of hearing date

“Rules 13 : Filing of documents by respondent & Rules 51(4) Evidence ( Where the Tribunal has given directions setting time limits for the filing and serving of written evidence, it must not consider any written evidence which is not filed or served in accordance with those directions unless satisfied that there are good reasons to do so)”

Even after this two direction home office had not submitted bundle to my representative and not to tribunal before the day of hearing. And on the day of hearing Judge had Adjourned the appeal. Now it has been almost three week passed but no news from tribunal

So can some expert advice what going on and what to do next?
